Recycling Team Leader
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Recycling Team Leader to work for our client based at their site near Sharnbrook (MK44).
- Stock control and update for management availability of materials.
- Production Planning (when and in what order materials are going into the baler).
- KPIs of both balers and achieve maximum outcome
- Make sure that both balers start production straight away after pre-shift checks
- Yard safety checks, near misses and behavioural observation audits,
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.00 am until 5.00pm (with some flexibility to occasionally cover the back shift from 9.00am until 7.00pm or 10.00pm).
Pay rate: £14.50ph
