Taskmaster Resources are looking for a Transport Administrator for our client based in Rushden.

Duties and experience:

· Making booking arrangements with hauliers/shippers/freight forwarders.

· Raising haulage/freight purchase orders.

· Monitoring deliveries/collections.

· Communicating any issues arising against schedule with the relevant parties.

· Producing weight tickets and corresponding reports.

· Email correspondence as needed.

· Assist the export team as required.

· Filing the relevant paperwork and completing spreadsheets.

· Weighbridge duties.

· Answering incoming telephone calls and routing through to intended recipient.

· SAP system knowledge is required.

· Weighbridge experience preferred.

Pay: Days: £13.00ph

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
