Description: Baler Operative with Counterbalance FLT

Taskmaster Resources are looking for a Baler Operative with Counterbalance FLT for our client based in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire MK44.

Role Responsibilities

· Effective operation of the automatic baler (compactor) including daily operation of baler from control panel, management of material stocks in bunker, changing ancillary goods such as bale wire.

· Monitoring baler condition and reporting any issues observed to maintenance team.

· Maintaining clean and safe operating area around the baler.

· Using the FLT to ensure timely movement of bales.

· Taking and recording accurate baler data for reporting.

· Effective management of tools and equipment relating to baler operations and associated cleaning tasks.

· Compete reports.

The Person

· Prior experience with operating industrial machinery.

· Eager to learn and adapt to new skills and challenges.

· Positive attitude and driven to continual improve processes.

· Proactive approach toward managing daily tasks.

· CB FLT Licence

Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7.00 till 17.00.

Salary: £14ph
