Weekend Sales Assistant
£13.50 per hour + commission
Weekends: Saturday, Sunday (and Bank Holidays): 9am–5pm
Initial full-time training: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Taskmaster is recruiting for a Weekend Sales Assistant to join our client in Peterborough (PE3). This role is perfect for someone confident, customer-focused, and motivated by sales and commission.
Your role will include:
Welcoming and assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone
Advising customers on available storage solutions
Selling storage space and meeting customer needs
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong closing skills and confidence in handling objections
Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (face-to-face and over the phone)
Customer-focused with the ability to identify needs and offer tailored storage solutions
Resilient, competitive, and motivated by commission-based earnings
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
IT literate with basic knowledge of CRM systems or sales tracking tools
Flexibility to complete full-time training (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) and work weekends (Sat & Sun, 9am–5pm)
