Working on a contract with volatile volumes provides it’s challenges, but TM Onsite was always innovative and forthcoming with ideas on how to combat some of the issues faced, working hard on retention and not just focussing on short term goals. With his experience and dedication Mark McCawley and his team were able to supply and work alongside us as a partner rather than just an agency provider. We worked together throughout the pandemic where we all had to adapt, this was taken in the team's stride and at this point we had switched to sole supplier to TM On-site. Mark and his team showed a proactive approach, implementing procedures and systems to add value to our organisation, always available outside of normal working hours to assist with incidents that occurred whether on an early morning or a night shift. Mark always offered honest insight and worked hard to understand our business needs from the off, suggesting effective workings that could benefit the operation, as well as health and safety & security for site.

Our Wigan site within Agrial Fresh Produce UK has worked with Taskmaster for over 13 years and we have established a strong working relationship with the team over the years.
