Weekend Sales Assistant
Peterborough£13.50 per hour + commission
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 9am–5pm
Initial full-time training: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Taskmaster is recruiting for a Weekend Sales Assistant to join our client in Peterborough. This role is perfect for someone confident, customer-focused, and motivated by sales and commission.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- Advising customers on available storage solutions
- Selling storage space and meeting customer needs
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong closing skills and confidence in handling objections
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (face-to-face and over the phone)
- Customer-focused with the ability to identify needs and offer tailored storage solutions
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by commission-based earnings
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- IT literate with basic knowledge of CRM systems or sales tracking tools
- Flexibility to complete full-time training (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) and work weekends (Sat & Sun, 9am–5pm)
